High End To Low End: Make Up Edition

Okay, Foundation vs. moisturizer, tinted at that. My mom bought this thinking she would like it. Nope, thus I got my sticky hands on this beauty. I have worn it a few times and I do enjoy my self a high-end fashionable make up foundation.

So one day while I was wearing it I decided to do a review. And I didn’t want to do just any review, I decided to review three different foundations. A high end, Bobby Brown all the way to low end a tinted moisturizer called Sophia Kashuk.

#1 Bobby Brown Intensive Silk Serum Foundation

Bobby Brown Intensive Skin Serum Foundation SPF 40 $65.00

Pro: I love how light it feels on my skin. It also lasts longer, and it looks flawless even after about 8 or so hours. The product is very light, and it feels clean. I love how it makes my skin look, the product is very easy to use, another thing is,

The con: I do not like the dropper. honestly They could do with out it. I have had a hard time getting the product inside the dropper. And it’s annoying. Also it does not give the coverage I want but I do like the coverage I get.

Tip: I have discovered if you tip it upside down, the product gets inside the dropper, and it becomes easer to use. Also if you still don’t like the dropper (like me) Then I highly recommend a beauty blender and tilting the bottle upside down and the product will fall on the beauty blender. That way you get more product.

#2 Hello Flawless Benefit Cosmetics Foundation

Hello Flawless Oil Free Oxygen Wow By Benefit Costmetics $36.00

Pro: I honestly kind of like it, It’s easy to use, feels good on my skin. And get the coverage I want. The packaging looks clean. And there is no dropper! In order to get the product out you have to pump the product out (don’t understand just look at the picture.)

Con: It makes my skin look cake-y. If you know me then you will know that I do not like looking like I just smeared cake all over my face. It’s not pretty TBH.

#4 Sophia Kashuk Tinted Moisturizer

Sonia Kashuk Tinted Moisturizer $13.69

Pro: Honestly I can go on and on about this. I love this. And by now I think you all are very much aware of how much I love this. I use this when I am going to work. Mainly because it lets my skin breath and it gives the coverage I want. It is also cruelty free. Meaning When the go to test the product the test it on human skin. Not fur babies.

Con: Honestly I don’t have anything negative to say about this. Why? I love this product that much.

Final opinion

Honestly, I like all three, However if you have the time and they money for more expensive make up, Go ahead. You will love the bobby brown make up. If you are more like me and want to spend your money on clothes and accessories then I would settle with the lower end make up. Do what you what makes you comfortable for the day. But All three foundation options are really good brands and all three have wonderful qualities about them.

I would also like to add that I really had fun trying out these foundation options.
